  6. Voice Search - Voice search is growing in popularity, which directly influences search results and shopping outcomes digital voice assistants and shopping carts capable of recognizing relevant keywords and taking specific actions.

  7. Personalized Experience - with Tracking technologies and smart website features we can now give our customers a highly customized experience based on their information and shopping behavior.  

  8. Multiple Payment Options - allow users to pay in the way they desire.  Since Mobile purchases are on the rise then Google and Apple pay would be great options.  Installment purchases is also on the rise such as Buy Now Pay Later.

  9. Optimized Websites - it takes 2 seconds for a visitor to form an opinion of your website and if your site doesn't load quickly they it is most likely user will bounce and go elsewhere.  Your site should not take more than 3 seconds to load on Desktop and 2 seconds on Mobile.
